Jessica Parker & Broderick’s twin girls spotted in LibraKnits

December 31, 2009  //  Posted by: admin  //  Category: Fashion Design

Superstylish celebrity mom Sarah Jessica Parker was spotted out and about in New York this weekend with husband Matthew Broderick and their six-month-old twin girls, Marion and Tabitha. The girls looked adorable in matching fuzzy pink onesies, and they were both wearing the cold-weather baby accessory of the season, the LibraKnits Re sa Cap.

In fact, fashion forward moms all over the country are choosing LibraKnits hats to keep their babies cozy and stylish. This unique company is offering only the most luxurious, posh hats on the market, in a variety of styles. The hats are knit by hand out of only the best materials found around the world, from silk, bamboo, and angora to the softest organic cotton available. Each hat is handmade for the special baby whose mom is at the peak of the fashion trends. They are offered in an array of flattering colors to make each baby look his or her best.

Created by inspirational work-at-home mom Amanda Sawyer, the quality and comfort of her products is guaranteed. Moms want the very best for their babies, and Sawyer has met the challenge to give it to them since January 2008. Her vogue infant hats are flourishing among new moms who refuse to sacrifice style just because they have children. “Our goal has always been to create the most stylish baby products we can,” says Sawyer. “When someone as fashion-forward as Sarah Jessica Parker is willing to dress her babies in our hats, we know that we’ve succeeded.”

LGN Events offer and host a range of fashion events for private clients and members of the public. Since its event management launch, LGN Events have directed and managed Catwalk shows for numerous high profile events and international clients.

About UsTrendy:
In 2008, Sam Sisakhti founded UsTrendy to help talented fashion designers break down barriers created by the industry’s elite to make a name for themselves.

It all started with a guys’ trip to Vegas, where Sam reunites with his I-Just-Moved-To-L.A.-To-Make-It-As-A-Fashion-Designer childhood friend, Aaron. A concerned Sam notices Aaron is not his normal, peppy self, who later reveals his emotional and financial struggles trying to make it in the fashion industry as a successful designer, but still stay true to his own, distinctive style that got him noticed by fashion admirers in the first place.

Sam, an avid shopper, goes on to share his distaste with the lack of options found in so many stores today and wishes he could have a say in seeing more unique clothing like Aaron’s be made available to the public, but without saturating the market.

And voila, UsTrendy was born! Well…it wasn’t that simple, but it is for YOU!

The Mission: Where Today’s Inspiration Becomes Tomorrow’s Trend
Our platform helps to democratize fashion, where fans give the yay or nay to which designs get produced and sold. The UsTrendy community helps uncover the gems of top-rated indie designers, who get a shot at making their fashion dreams a reality.

Sell one million dresses

December 31, 2009  //  Posted by: admin  //  Category: Fashion Design

Is anyone out there a fashion designer/owner who is motivated to sell more than ever? I need to sell 1 million dresses this year. Is this possible? What are your thoughts. I produce in the United States and my website is david-solomon.com. I have the creativity and a product that people love, but how can I sell 1 million dresses this year?

New Year.. New me?

December 31, 2009  //  Posted by: admin  //  Category: Fashion Design

As we all know, 2010 is vastly approaching. It’s literally right around the corner! With this New Year I will be taken a lot of responsibilities on. I have to finish college in Miami (Ahhh the price!!) and really dive deep into my career. I’m also taking a trip to NYC, every fashionistas dream. I just know I’ll be freezing my fashionable behind off!

So with all theses things changing in my life, is it time for me to embrace a sense of style? I try to stay with the appropriate trends ,but Springs prints and vivid colors seem to really be singing to me. Should I leave my chic black closet in 2009? Or stay with what’s held tied and true… Also the new embellishment of choice is sequins.. I always had a distaste for them ,but even now I’m considering to buy a sequined beret! Maybe even a sequined mini to pair with tights and booties?

So here’s the things I’m considering:

A bit risque for me.. Sequin Beret

Forever21.com

Ok, Ok, so it’s still black ,but I love the gold!

Oli.co.uk

Two way sequin bags like these are amazing, you can make your own designs on them.

Misselfringe.com

I love this ,but could I pull it off?

Asscher Loose Diamonds History

December 31, 2009  //  Posted by: admin  //  Category: Fashion Design

The Asscher loose diamond cut was brought in 1902, by the Asscher brothers. It is sometimes called the “square emerald cut” as it has the basic shape of emerald loose diamonds, other than with cropped corners. Asscher Loose Diamond stones more often than not have 72 facets that are mainly wide and deeply short, creating an almost octagonal shape. As of the position of the light, the diamond seems to glitter in “Hall of Mirrors Effect” that looks quite magnificent, especially with high quality loose diamonds with very good clarity.
There was an occasion when Asscher loose diamonds where very uncommon, as of the small demand for them. Other than one episode of the hit series Sex & the City, and Kate Hudson getting an Asscher cut engagement ring, made this diamond shape the gossip of the town.
