Style Yourself Confident Workshop will provide you with the principles of
personal styling techniques and the tricks of the trade to confidently style
yourself.

Through an introduction to the theory of styling and how to apply it to your
own needs and lifestyle, this course is designed to help you develop your
own individual look and personalise trends. It deals with the adaptation of
trends, but follows the principle of style over fashion.

The key to dressing successfully is to accentuate your best assets so at the
end of our one day course, you will have learned the key guidelines on how
to dress stylishly for your own personal shape and colouring.

The course will include:

Understanding and working with your body shape and proportions.

Learning how to make colours work for you

Maximising your look through great posture and the right lingerie.

How to dress for business success.

Using accessories for maximum effect.

Make-up demonstration.

How to shop successfully for your shape and colouring.

Wardrobe Organisation.
